• PRAYER – Pastor, family member or friend

• POETRY AND/OR SCRIPTURE – Chosen by family read by Pastor, family member or friend

• TIME of REFLECTION SONG (#1) – Live or CD

• PERSONAL TRIBUTES – Friends and/or family (1 to 5 different people 3 to 7 minutes each)

• OPEN MIC TRIBUTES – a time for others to stand up and say something brief

• TIME of REFLECTION SONG (#2) – Live or CD

• “WORDS of HOPE and ENCOURAGEMENT” – Pastor

• THE LORD’S PRAYER – Pastor

• VIDEO MONTAGE with MUSIC – MOV / MP4

• RECEPTION INVITATION and DISMISS – Director of the mortuary or pastor

• EXIT MUSIC – Live or CD
